To celebrate Northern Virginia Community College’s 50th Anniversary, the school developed a Nighthawk mascot, to create College spirit, engage the community, and expand the College brand. I served as the Creative Director of the project and had the opportunity to collaborate with other designers within NOVA Studio, as well as college administrators. The logos incorporate the school’s color scheme, while the shield represents the stability and tradition that NOVA represents.
